Your Contribution

• Implementation of commissioned acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract management, property management, and marketing.
• Independent creation and adherence to project schedules, as well as efficient resource planning.
• Responsibility for rental and usage contracts related to the construction and operation of telecommunications facilities.
• Ensuring legal validity and compliance with approval guidelines while considering quality and cost‑effectiveness requirements.
• Monitoring and acceptance of acquisition services until handover to the relevant departments.
• Ensuring compliance with the project‑ and technology‑specific rollout budget, considering economic, technical, and legal framework conditions.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Completed studies in a technical or legal field.
• More than five years of experience in mobile site acquisition.
• In‑depth knowledge of the real estate industry and project management.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and other database/project‑management tracking tools.
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as communication skills.
