The role - your passion

Analyze and optimize end-to-end workflows for damage evaluation and repair execution.

Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities to standardize processes across teams.

Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance efficiency and repair quality.

Design and deploy automation solutions for damage assessment and repair scheduling.

Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to implement digital tools and smart decision-support systems.

Lead the rollout and adoption of new digital platforms to support operational teams.

Automate task assignment and scheduling for on-ground repair and inspection teams.

Work cross-functionally with Fleet Operations Product Tech and Station Managers to align strategies.

Train and support teams in adopting new processes tools and technologies.

Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation efficiency and operational excellence.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

Degree in Engineering Operations Management Business or a related field.

35 years of experience in process optimization operations excellence or digital transformation (preferably within mobility logistics or automotive sectors).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using KPIs and data to drive improvement.

Hands‑on experience with automation tools workflow platforms or digital process systems (e.g. Power BI Tableau or internal tech solutions).

Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Passion for innovation process efficiency and continuous improvement.
