Your responsibilities

• Lead the process and write the annual non-financial statement and the further sustainability reports
• Coordinate the auditing of relevant KPIs and related non-financial information, acting as key contact for the auditors
• Steer RWE’s participation in major ESG ratings (MSCI, Sustainalytics, CDP Climate & Water and ISS) and regularly engage with rating agencies
• Perform ESG rating gap analysis, address improvement potentials and set up projects to close gaps
• Represent RWE in ESG reporting and rating-related working groups of associations

Your profile

• University degree
• Several years’ work experience in the field of sustainability
• In-depth knowledge of relevant sustainability standards and main ESG rating methodologies
• Experience in writing high-quality texts
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Persuasiveness, confident manner and experience in stakeholder engagement, also at management level
• Team player with independent, structured and conscientious way of working
