Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager Group Accounting (m/w/d) for an internationally active company. The role includes consolidation, IFRS reporting, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of the group financial statements and quarterly IFRS reports.
Implementation of consolidation measures and continuous improvement of accounting processes and policies.
Point of contact for domestic and international subsidiaries regarding accounting matters and review of reporting for compliance with internal policies.
Participation in the introduction and adaptation of the ERP system (SAP S/4HANA).
Support in implementing new IFRS standards or in further developing internal processes.

Your Profile

Completed university degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or related subjects, with several years of experience in group accounting or audit.
Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP R/3 or comparable platforms.
Excellent analytical skills, a structured work approach, and the willingness to take on responsibilities.
Team‑spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with international colleagues.
Good English skills in spoken and written form.
