Marsh Financial & Professional Services (FINPRO) is a global division specialized in Financial Lines including D&O, E&O, professional liability, K&R, fidelity, and other coverage for banks, asset managers, and financial institutions. The FINPRO team advises on risk management and insurance solutions and handles complex claims coordination with clients, insurers, lawyers and the claims network. Marsh is a leading global insurance broker and risk advisor with a presence in Germany and around the world.

Responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO team in advisory and placement activities for national and international clients in Financial Lines.
• Analyze customer risk exposures, develop insurance programs, and coordinate with insurers, clients, and legal partners.
• Assist in handling tenders, policy wording reviews, and coverage determinations up to policy issuance and claims synergy.
• Collaborate with team members on complex cases and contribute to our global claims advocacy network when needed.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder juristisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung bei einem Versicherer- oder Maklerkonzern im nationalen und internationalen Geschäft mit dem Schwerpunkt Financial Lines
• Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Risikoerfassung und bei der Konzeptionierung von (internationalen) Versicherungsprogrammen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Spaß daran, komplexe Kundenherausforderungen zu lösen und individuelle Lösungen zu gestalten
