Deine Aufgaben

• Cybersecurity‑ and technology due‑diligence assessments of companies across industries, identifying potential risks and weaknesses.
• Comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, also in post‑deal context, to evaluate and improve the security posture of companies.
• Develop evidence‑based recommendations for financial investors and their portfolio companies to actively improve cybersecurity throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Identify and develop strategies and roadmaps in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance to provide sustainable value for customers.
• Promote clinical and personal development of team members and motivate the team to collaborate on joint tasks.

Dein Skillset

• Master’s degree (or an above‑average university qualification) in Cybersecurity, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Minimum five years of professional and leadership experience in cybersecurity consulting, especially in managing strategic due‑diligence projects in corporate strategy or M&A in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German (C1 minimum) and English, and a secure use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
