Position Details

We are a hospital in Schwalmstadt‑Treysa with a specialty clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychosomatics. Additionally, we provide neurological care in our MVZ. Patients receive comprehensive care: inpatient in the clinic, outpatient in our day clinic, and ambulatory at the Institute outpatient clinic (PIA). For neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, or sleep disorders we have experienced specialists.

Responsibilities

We seek a Facharzt with approval (m/w/d) in psychiatry or an Assistenzarzt (m/w/d) for inpatient, day, or outpatient psychiatry. Positions can be full or part time. Responsibilities include diagnosis and therapy of inpatient or outpatient psychiatric patients with varied mental illnesses, in coordination with the supervising physician of the ward or clinic. Depending on the employment relationship, on‑call or standby duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Facharzt with approval in psychiatry and psychotherapy (m/w/d)

• Assistenzarzt in advanced training in psychiatry and psychotherapy

Extensive knowledge of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic disorders, especially complex cases, is required. We seek candidates willing to contribute to our new treatment concept for severely distressed patients.
