IHRE AUFGABEN

Sie führen grundlegende Dateneingabeaufgaben aus.
Sie legen Dokumente ab und rufen sie aus den Ablagesystemen des Unternehmens ab.
Sie ordnen Unterlagen oder Dokumente gemäß den Anweisungen ein.
Sie führen operative Aufgaben durch, indem Sie etablierte Prozesse befolgen und innerhalb der vorgegebenen Einstellungen oder Parameter arbeiten.
Sie befolgen ein einfaches, verbindliches Verfahren, um sicherzustellen, dass die Arbeiten den erforderlichen Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und sowohl externe regulatorische Kodizes als auch interne Verhaltenskodizes eingehalten werden.
Sie arbeiten gemäß einem Ihnen zugewiesenen Zeitplan.

Sie sind eine Fachkraft für Qualitätssicherung.
Sie sind als Meister, Techniker oder Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Chemikant oder in einer vergleichbaren Position qualifiziert.
