Facilities Management Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Facility Management Expert to support an IT Operations Management (ITOM) initiative aimed at enhancing smart infrastructure, sustainability, and operational efficiency. This role includes aligning facility operations with IT requirements, deploying smart building technologies (IoT, sensors), ensuring compliance with energy and sustainability standards, and managing vendor relationships. Ideal candidates will have experience in technology-driven FM environments, a solid understanding of ITOM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and knowledge of European FM regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting are essential. Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, RICS) and experience in digital transformation projects are highly desirable.
