Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of facilities. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, implementing and monitoring facility processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving cost-effective facility-related solutions. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance schedules, manage facility budgets, and contribute to the overall strategic planning for facility optimization.

Qualifications

• Facility Management and Maintenance experience, including overseeing daily operations and implementing efficient facility processes
• Vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Budget management and cost control experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with facility management software and tools
• Relevant certifications in facility management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
