Facility Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Tanker unloading and related ancillary activities.
• Cleaning of sewer inlets and acudrain gutters.
• Maintenance of the press containers.
• Cleaning of roof surfaces and roof ventilators hall 4.
• Winter service and maintenance of equipment.
• Cleaning with the sweeper and maintenance of the equipment.
• Control and cleaning of the forklifts.
• General cleaning work in production and on the company premises.
• Taking gas and water meter readings.
• Assistance in the locksmith's shop and minor maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in the skilled trades.
• Work experience in a comparable position.
• Adherence to order and cleanliness at the workplace.
• Open and friendly appearance.
• Team spirit and communication skills.
• Distinct degree of commitment.
• High technical affinity and enthusiasm.
