Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Conduct regular inspection and control rounds on site
• Be responsible for renovation work and repairs of all kinds
• Perform repair and installation work in the sanitary and/or electrical area
• Carry out all building services and technical maintenance tasks
• Accompany and supervise external contractors and craftsmen
• Monitor maintenance, repair, and installation activities performed by external service providers
• Act as a competent point of contact for service providers as well as colleagues on site

Your Qualifications

• Completed skilled worker training in Facility Management, ventilation technology, maintenance, or electrical engineering
• Independent, resilient, flexible, and team-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• IT skills, including MS Office; experience with CAFM and SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements is desirable
• Knowledge in heating / ventilation / sanitary systems / I&C (MSR) technology is an advantage
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Very good command of English
