About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced nursing care, conduct patient assessments, diagnose and treat acute or chronic conditions, and collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as per scope of practice.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
Provide health education, counselling, and preventive care to patients and families.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to clinical guidelines, protocols, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner program).
Valid Nurse Practitioner license/certification.
Minimum (X) years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of primary care, acute care, or specialty practice (as applicable).
Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and clinical decision‑making skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
