Fashion Designer (all genders)

6PM is a European fashion and lifestyle streetwear brand based in Frankfurt am Main Germany. Founded by Achraf Ait Bouzalim the brand is characterized by its strong community ties contemporary designs and high-quality pieces. A team of young creative minds operates within a fast‑paced and productive environment that fosters innovation. Their goal is to make a progressive contribution to todays streetwear and fashion culture.

Tasks

• Design distinctive styles capsules and signature pieces with strong brand recognition and a deep understanding of innovation subculture and cultural relevance
• Produce accurate technical drawings and complete tech packs using Adobe Illustrator or comparable software
• Independently develop and implement innovative streetwear collections from initial concept and sketches to final production approval
• Identify and analyze international trends in fashion streetwear colours materials silhouettes and consumer behavior
• Create inspiring mood boards colour concepts and collection frameworks that reflect brand identity and meet target‑group needs
• Maintain and manage styles specifications and all relevant data within the PLM system (Delogue)
• Take responsibility of the entire design process and help with fittings sample reviews technical refinements and final quality approvals
• Collaborate closely with the Product Development Team, Buying, Marketing and Production
• Communicate effectively with international manufacturers particularly in Europe and Asia to ensure quality standards, timelines and market compliance
• Participate in national and international trade fairs, industry events and inspirational trips to gather creative insights and expand the professional network

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Fashion Design or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in fashion design ideally within the streetwear or urban fashion segment
• Strong understanding of streetwear culture, current industry trends and relevant target groups
• Excellent conceptual and creative abilities paired with a strong sense of quality and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
• Strong identification with the German and international streetwear scene
• High level of creativity, innovative mindset and self‑initiative
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable work approach
• Team‑oriented mindset and outstanding communication abilities
• Willingness to travel (e.g., supplier visits, trade fairs, quality checks)
