Stellenbeschreibung:

We are seeking an experienced FTTX (Fibre) Designer/Coordinator to join our team in Germany. This role is crucial in bridging technical project requirements with customer expectations and delivery teams. You will serve as the key point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, high-quality outputs, and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in German (both verbal and written) and collaborate with internal teams in English.
  • Understand the customer's technical environment to align deliverables with their expectations.
  • Identify and proactively resolve technical and process-related issues.
  • Build deep expertise in fibre technologies and their applications in telecommunications.
  • Work effectively within hybrid (onsite/offshore) teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements with flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites within Germany, as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Native-level proficiency in German and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • – years of experience in fibre design.
  • Proficiency in GIS tools is essential; experience with Client Smallworld is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset and a structured approach to challenges.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in multi‑cultural, distributed teams.
  • Ability to train team members on technical aspects of the project.
  • Solid understanding of fibre infrastructure, technologies, and design principles.
