Field Account Manager

Overview

Established Search is partnered with a medical device start-up in the cardiac electrophysiology (EP) space. Our client has developed a ground-breaking, FDA-cleared and CE-marked technology used in EP procedures, with commercial operations across Europe and the U.S.

We are recruiting a Field Account Manager to support continued growth in the German market. This individual will play a key role in expanding adoption, providing clinical and commercial support, and developing key relationships with stakeholders in leading EP labs.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a commercial territory across Germany
• Develop new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers
• Drive successful clinical adoption of a novel solution through collaboration with field engineers and clinicians
• Provide product demonstrations, support procedural use, and manage solution installations in hospitals
• Travel frequently (up to 80%) to support physicians and institutions across your territory

Requirements

• Has 3 - 4+ years of medical device sales experience (ideally in EP/CRM)
• Is fluent in German and English
• Is a strong communicator and natural relationship builder
• Ideally based in or near Frankfurt or Düsseldorf or a major airport
