Field Application Engineer Personal Hygiene EIMEA (d/f/m)

What you’ll do

• Deliver timely and effective technical support to Nonwoven and Tissue & Towel customers within your designated territory. This includes support for global key accounts, sales teams, field application engineers, product development, and cross‑functional partners.
• Execute tailored product recommendations, customized application solutions, and new product demonstrations.
• Provide support to customers by identifying high‑impact solutions aligned with their specific needs, while closely collaborating with cross‑functional teams to advance strategic priorities such as innovation, sustainability, and digitalization.
• Drive collaboration across the value chain by building strong, solution‑focused partnerships with key equipment and substrate manufacturers (OEMs and OMMs), ensuring access to cutting‑edge expertise and positioning Henkel as an industry leader.
• Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge, harmonize processes, and implement best practices across regions.
• Take ownership of developing, updating, and delivering technical and application training programs for internal and external stakeholders—on‑site, off‑site, and virtually.
• Represent Henkel at both internal and external events to support strategic business objectives and strengthen our position in the hygiene market.
