Someone who can architect technical solutions, guide customer adoption and act as the bridge between R&D innovation and real-world deployment. 💼 The ImpactYou’ll be the technical authority in front of major OEMs, semiconductor leaders and global engineering teams. Not just responding to technical questions—but shaping system architecture strategy, driving ROI conversations, and directly influencing revenue growth. 🔍 Core ResponsibilitiesLead high-impact system simulation proposals using virtual hardware and configuration across L1 to L4 Virtual ECUsConfigure and demonstrate complete solutions using SystemC, QEMU, and Arm Fast Models, validating performance and simulation scalabilityPartner with sales to design proposals, build technical business cases and influence decision-makersIntegrate into existing toolchains (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink, FMI, ASAM, SIL testing environments)Deliver training, hands-on workshops and deep-dive performance optimisation sessionsSupport deployments (on-prem or cloud), troubleshoot critical issues and refine simulation performanceAct as the voice of the customer to R&D – converting field insights into meaningful product enhancementsTrack adoption, usage depth and customer success metrics to support renewal and expansion 🎯 Ideal ProfileYou’re likely operating in a senior or principal-level technical advisory role today (e.g. Field Application Engineer, Technical Consultant, Virtual Prototyping Expert).You’ll bring:12+ years in embedded systems, virtual prototyping, hardware simulation/emulation or technical pre/post-salesStrong knowledge of MCU/SoC architectures (Arm, Tricore, RH850, RISC-V) and hardware–software interactionProven capability influencing engineering teams and senior stakeholdersAdvanced experience in C/C++ and Python, debugging (GDB), performance tuningConfident presenting to both engineering and executive audiencesExperience with safety standards (ISO 26262, DO-178C) highly valuedComfortable with international travel (up to 1–2 weeks/month) Get in touch with Rebecca at IC Resources for more [email protected] 1189 840 940
