Responsibilities:
- Market observation, and collection and analysis of product performance (including competitive comparison through field data collection)
- Implementation of sales-supporting measures across all product areas (focus on truck, passenger car, agricultural, tire sensors) and support for customers and field sales team on all technical matters
- Technical problem-solving and handling of complaints both on-site and centrally
- Conducting technical training sessions, internally and externally
- Co‑responsible for organizing, executing, and analyzing tire tests in collaboration with the European technical team
- Documentation and report preparation
- Participation in projects and trade fairs, nationally and internationally
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education, Degree, Certifications:
- Completed technical training in the automotive sector, e.g., master mechanic/technician or equivalent qualification
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Professional Experience:
- Experience in the automotive sector, ideally in the tire industry; customer service experience is a plus
- Technical/Functional Skills:
- Confident use of laptops, tablets, etc.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies:
- Quick comprehension
- Solution‑oriented approach
- Good self‑organization
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, as well as occasional weekend assignments (mainly Saturdays)
