As the Field Marketing Manager for DACH, you will design and manage B2B lead generation campaigns tailored to the German market, collaborating closely with sales and shaping the regional strategy.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute regional demand programs that map audience‑centric themes and content to target stakeholders throughout the buying cycle to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
- Execute regional campaigns, including event marketing, webinars, content marketing, emails, digital and social.
- Work closely with the DACH sales team, forging strong communication and processes between teams.
- Continuously measure and adjust campaign effectiveness, lead generation performance, lead conversion ratios, and sales cycle conversions.
- Create new or adapt global content to regional specificities in an intuitive and resourceful manner.
- Manage official German Cision and Brandwatch social accounts and represent the company on relevant discussions on social media.
- Contribute to the regional digital marketing strategy with team members — either directly or via agency — including PPC, SEO, retargeting and paid social media.
What you’ll bring
- German native speaker with excellent written and oral communication skills and a proficient level of English.
- At least 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing with event marketing, webinars, content marketing, emails, digital, social, paid and content partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to remain organized and calm in high‑pressure situations.
- BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or business.
- Experience working closely with commercial and sales development teams to solicit feedback and ensure quality of leads.
- Deep understanding of how to manage and optimise the lead handoff from marketing to sales.
- A team player with a track record of working in a collaborative, cross‑team capacity — both internally and externally.
- Experience in the software or social media industry sector desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of generating innovative content.
