Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Field Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science or a related field/experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provides technical expertise and value to customers.
Provides technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Helps to solve customer inquiries concerning system software and applications.
Provides software/hardware development and consultation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gain customer trust and drive expansion of Teradyne's market share.
Primary technical interface with customer.
Pre‑sales focus.
Technical knowledge aimed at developing differentiating solutions to our valued customers.

All About You

Bachelor or higher degree in EE computer science or related fields OR equivalent experience. Seeking 5 years experience with test program development. Experience with the IGXL platforms preferred.
VBT C# framework program development capabilities.
Probe Card and Load Board debug experience preferred.
Ability to work well on your own as well as part of a globally dispersed team.
Strong reasoning skills along with practical problem‑solving skills.
Proven interpersonal skills, relationships‑building skills and commitment to teamwork and can‑do spirit.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work well under pressure and passionate about your career.
Experience in developing specifications with a customer is a plus.
Ability to communicate easily with people from different backgrounds.
