Your Mission

• You own your territory. You run it like your business.
• You'll grow accounts, build relationships, and create opportunities where others see challenges.
• Develop and expand retail partnerships (smoke shops, convenience stores, wholesalers, and more).
• Drive consistent revenue through on-the-ground sales and brand presence.
• Capture competitor and market insights to stay ahead of trends.
• Execute in-store demos and ensure strong merchandising.
• Log all activity through our digital tools as Odoo, Go High Level, and real-time dashboards.
• Stay KPI-driven because in our world, numbers tell the story.

What It Takes

• 1+ year of experience in field or B2B sales (No experience? No problem. If you've got the hustle, we'll help you build the skills.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, driven, accountable, unstoppable
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Fluent in German (English a plus)
