We are working with an organisation that specialises in fibre optic connectivity who are looking for a Field Sales professional to help drive adoption of their solutions.
In this position, you will identify and manage new product opportunities, working closely with Engineering, Vendors, Operations, and customers to ensure successful development and delivery. You will develop strategic approaches to the European data centre ecosystem, explore new market segments, oversee Business Development projects, and collaborate with colleagues across regions to support shared accounts.
The role also includes providing forecasts and sales insights, travelling to build customer relationships, managing proposals and contract negotiations, attending industry events, and staying informed on emerging technologies.
Budget oversight is also a key part of the position.
We’re looking for someone with a BA or technical degree (or equivalent experience), a background in connectors, cable assemblies or similar electro‑mechanical components.
A solid understanding of fibre optics is essential.
