Field Sales Representative – Beluga Vodka (On-Trade)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Noblewood Group is seeking an experienced On-Trade Manager to develop our super-premium spirits portfolio in Germany, with a strong focus on Beluga Vodka .

  • The territory covers the Frankfurt Rhine–Main area, North Rhine–Westphalia (Cologne and Düsseldorf), and Bavaria (Munich).
  • This is a field sales job. Daily visits to bars and restaurants. Clear targets. Performance-based bonus.

What you will do

  • Visit bars and restaurants every day (around 5–7 accounts per day )
  • Open new customers and grow distribution
  • Ensure products are listed and reordered
  • Build relationships with bar managers and owners
  • Report visits and sales activity
  • Conduct occasional tastings and staff trainings

What We Expect

  • Experience in field sales (FMCG, beverages, HoReCa or similar)
  • Comfortable working on the road and visiting customers daily
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-organized and result-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of the hospitality market is a plus
  • German and English required
  • Valid driving license
