Your Mission

• Acquire and develop new B2B customers across Northern Germany
• Consultatively sell technical control & monitoring solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle: needs analysis proposal negotiation closing
• Build strong customer relationships and regional networks
• Represent the company at customer meetings and trade fairs

Your Profile

• 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience (technical products)
• Strong technical understanding (electronics / industrial systems)
• CRM & ERP experience
• High willingness to travel across Germany
• Independent, persuasive, customer-oriented mindset
