Field Service Technician (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Performing service assignments at customer sites in northern Germany or central Germany
• Managing an inventory of spare parts
• Supporting the dispatch team in coordinating service assignments with customers
• Documenting each individual service assignment (service report)
• Preparing and filing the service report for each completed assignment and reporting quality issues when required

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics technician for energy and building technology, industrial electronics, mechatronics technician, master electrician, or certified technician). Basic training can be completed at KEBA as part of a training program.
• Authorization to work on medium‑voltage systems (up to 36 kV) or willingness to obtain this authorization.
• Ideally, experience in handling charging infrastructure (AC/DC) and medium‑voltage connections; however, this is not a requirement.
• Certifications according to DGUV Regulation 3, TRBS 1203, or comparable qualifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes as well as measurement and testing technology in the medium‑voltage sector is desirable but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel.
• Very good command of German, both written and spoken; basic knowledge of English.
