Field Support Engineer

• Support Expatriate Team : Work closely with locally based Chinese expatriate staff to provide daily sales support, including customer follow-up, order tracking, document translation, and meeting coordination.
• Customer Service : Enthusiastically receive and respond to customer inquiries, assist with pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Documentation : Prepare and organize sales contracts, quotations, delivery notes, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
• Communication Bridge : Act as a liaison between Chinese team members and local parties, ensuring timely information flow and problem-solving to keep sales processes running smoothly.
• Administrative Support : Assist with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and local coordination for expatriate staff to improve team efficiency.

Requirements:

• Positive Attitude : Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn; comfortable taking on diverse tasks.
• Language Skills : Basic Chinese communication ability (spoken and written) to effectively support Chinese expatriate staff.
• Work Ethic : Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player with good service awareness.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in sales or assistant roles is a plus.
• Education & Experience : Associate degree or above; no strict major requirement. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
