Field Test Engineer, Services

Our video and incident management solutions help our customers to quickly resolve incidents and minimize their impact. We are a global company headquartered in US, with service teams in US, UK, India, Israel and Germany. We are looking for you as a Q&A Engineer (f/m/d) to test our software at our location in Bruchsal. Become part of our extraordinary team and help us create a safer world!

Responsibilities:

• Development and standardization of test scenarios
• Execution and documentation of standardized functional and regression tests
• Execution of load, stress, and endurance tests
• Tracking and verification of bug fixes and re-testing
• Preparation of official documentation
• Execution of software tests at beta customers
• Internal setup and expansion of test systems to ensure regression testing

What you offer?

• Completed IT specialist training or a degree in computer science (or a related field)
• Proven knowledge in TCP/IP, network technology, operating systems (client/server), and hardware (client/server)
• Experience with testing techniques and methods
• Fluent language skills in German and English
