LX Pantos Germany GmbH is looking for a qualified Finance Specialist to join our team in Germany. This position plays a key role in managing accounting and finance operations, supporting tax compliance, and preparing financial reports across our European operations. It is a vital role in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage in Germany and overseas subsidiaries in Europe
• Support accounting, treasury, and tax operations
• Analyze and manage BS/PL
• Improve management processes and conduct business audits/travel inspections

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 4–6 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience with SAP FI/TR
• Proficiency in English
