Finance Administrator / Financial Planning

A global industry leader where the world becomes your workplace Access to internal and external training, including digital learning Competitive compensation, bonus package, and benefits (gym allowance, public transport allowance, pension scheme) Provide full customer and profit transparency to Finance Business Partners and Site Management Ensure correct invoicing, job costing, and revenue/cost postings in SAP Compliance, Audit & Process Improvement Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to best practices Maintain and improve finance processes, ensuring lean and clean workflows Identify improvement opportunities jointly with site and finance colleagues Support forecasting and budgeting between sites and central functions Ensure financial systems support efficient decision-making Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or financial operations Strong data mining and analysis capabilities Advanced Excel skills Working knowledge of SAP/FACT or S4 HANA (BW/BI is a plus) Excellent communication skills in English and German A team player with a flexible, hands-on mindset We are transforming how we work — and this role gives you the opportunity to grow, influence, and make a real impact.
