Finance Analyst (m / w / d)

Tarifangestellte(r) in Gleitzeit (Vollzeit 360 Std. / Woche)

Hauptaufgaben

• Bearbeitung von umfangreichen Geschäftsvorgängen im Finance Controlling
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance Shared Service Center
• Debitorenbuchhaltung incl. interne Verrechnung
• Rechnungsprüfung, Versendung von Rechnungen, Bearbeiten von Saldenbestätigungen, Mahnwesen, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Reklamationen, Informationsbereitstellung
• Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, insbesondere Rückstellungen zum Monatsabschluss
• Unterstützung Jahresabschlusserstellung und -verteidigung, Steuererklärungen, Audits
• Unterstützung bei sonstigen Buchhaltungsaufgaben im Werk
• Kontenabstimmung
• Einhaltung der SOX-Vorschriften
• Bearbeitung / Meldung Statistiken bzw. diverse Erklärungen (bspw. Umsatzsteuer), Unterstützung bei Audits / Prüfungen
• Unterstützung bei Abwicklung Zahlungsverkehr
• Partielle Mitarbeit in Finance-Projekten
• Kostencontrolling inkl. Abweichungsanalysen
• Ausbildungsbeauftragung im Bereich Finance Controlling

Erforderliche Qualifikation

• 3-jährige Berufsausbildung und mindestens 2-jährige Fachausbildung oder 3-jährige Hochschulausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft

Sonstige Anforderungen

• Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
• Gute Kenntnisse HGB US-GAAP
• Gute Kenntnisse / Praktische Erfahrungen SAP FI / CO
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Vergütung : gemäß ERA-Tarifvertrag der sächsischen Metall- und Elektroindustrie
