As a dedicated Finance Business Partner to our logistic operations, you will play a pivotal role within the Local Finance team. Working closely with the Country Finance Director, you will collaborate with both central and market stakeholders on the company's operational activities across these markets, encompassing reporting, planning, commercial decision‑making and more. This is an ideal position for an experienced finance professional who excels at managing multiple tasks and conveying complex issues in a clear and concise manner.

In this role, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities, applying analytical rigor to evaluate operational and financial performance. Your work will span challenges from shaping long‑term strategies to driving short‑term results, with active involvement in financial projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the senior leadership of the Operations teams, providing advice and challenging stakeholders.
• Perform extensive financial modelling and analysis for a variety of reporting and planning activities, including month‑end analysis, strategic planning, and business cases.
• Work with the market Operations leadership team to coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring collaboration and consensus with stakeholders, markets and FP&A.
• Actively engage in the month‑end process, with stringent reviews, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain and update monthly KPI reporting, including commentary on material movements to target.
• Work on ad‑hoc analysis and projects.

What will you bring to the table?

• Extensive Finance Business Partnering experience with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in digital/tech sectors.
• A highly analytical and strategic mindset, due to a data‑driven culture, a cause‑effect approach and the aim to explain events and different scenarios with clear communication.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills, with ability to recognise a problem, evaluate the risk and provide a possible solution.
• Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling and reporting skills required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, highly collaborative with excellent facilitation and visualisation skills.
