Current clients are big and small production companies from the Automotive, Medical, and Food sectors. You will have the chance to work closely with incredible experts in a rapidly growing niche. Location: Hamburg, Germany.Type of contract: Permanent hybrid position.Recruitment process: There are three stages: a call with the HR, a meeting with the Operations Lead, a challenge with CEO and Operations Lead. About the roleThe Finance Lead safeguards the company’s financial stability by ensuring smooth operations across bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, compliance, and controlling. With a constant overview of cash flow and risks, this role provides clear insights that enable sound executive decisions and support sustainable growth.Qualifications and skills: University degree or equivalent formal education in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or consulting, including initial team and/or project leadership experience, ideally in a startup or dynamic business environment.. Deep knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB and IFRS). Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders in German and English. (min. C1)An entrepreneurial mindset with sharp analytical skills, that anticipates risks early, and works with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in modern financial tools and systems. Previous experience in building and scaling finance operations and processes.
