Finance Manager, Financial Control (Frankfurt)

Overview

You will support the RBC EG Finance team to ensure that books and records are maintained in accordance with relevant rules and regulations. You will be required to prepare financial information supporting the various close and financial, regulatory and statistical reporting deliverables. This role is permanent, full time and requires 4 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of meeting packs and financial information for various governance forums e.g. Finance & Tax Committee, management and supervisory boards, AWV governance meeting, FEC.
• Preparation of financial information under IFRS and HGB.
• Assist with month‑end accounting close.
• Preparation of information to deliver to both internal and external audit.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English speaker.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Financial services experience.
• Strong academic background.

• Qualified accountant (nice‑to‑have).
