As JetBrains continues to expand globally, with entities in multiple countries, aligning and optimizing our accounting processes is essential to meet both local compliance requirements and global financial operations. The FAD (Financial Applications Development) team develops solutions for the JetBrains Finance department. Our primary responsibility is working on our Accounting application and its integration with internal and external systems. We also maintain a few internal React-based projects, including our UI component library and a mobile application.

The FAD team is currently seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support the setup, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of our financial systems and accounting processes across all JetBrains entities. We’re looking for a detailed-oriented, proactive, and experienced professional who is eager to make an impact and help us scale our finance infrastructure as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal users through different communication channels.
• Make configuration changes in the accounting system (create new fields, update templates, adjust workflows, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and debug NetSuite production issues.
• Conduct reviews and analyses of automated financial systems to identify and recommend improvements.
• Assist with finance system (NetSuite) projects.
• Create and maintain documentation for system customizations and enhancements, and global finance processes.
• Provide training and support to NetSuite users.

Required skills and experience

• Ability to investigate complex issues with accounting-related issues.
• Proven English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
• Prior experience as an accountant, business analyst, or systems analyst.
• Desire to learn and develop professional knowledge and expertise.
• Strong analytical, communicative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience with NetSuite would be a plus.
