Finance Transformation Project Manager – Soft & Agricultural

Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international soft and agricultural trading group looking to hire a Finance Transformation Project Manager to be based in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of a global finance transformation roadmap, covering systems, processes, and organisational model improvements.
• Drive the assessment and implementation of ERP and finance technologies to improve automation, reporting, and consistency.
• Review and optimise finance processes across trading and support functions, including risk, procurement, and settlements.
• Strengthen master data governance, reporting frameworks, and financial controls across the Group.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, vendors, and governance forums to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable outcomes.

Required Experience

• Minimum 7 years in finance transformation, project management, or finance operations within a commodity trading or related environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.
• Proven experience delivering global ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Background in soft commodities or physical trading environments preferred.
• Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent), with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
