Your role

We are looking for a Working Student to help us with Finance and Accounting (15-20h/ week). The role will include assisting in providing detailed analytics, financial reporting, as well as budgeting and forecasting. You will be reporting to our Chief of Staff Marla and become part of our Strategy & Operations team in our office in Berlin.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Maintain financial databases and create dashboards for leadership and investor reporting
• Drive accounts payable/receivable processes and expense management
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, applied economics or related field with at least one year left of your studies.
• You have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• ⁠High-agency and autonomy – we are looking for someone who wants to get stuff done
• Extremely well organized with both tasks and your time
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
