Job Description

• Contact person (m/f/d) for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments
• Checking, assigning, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as monitoring payment runs
• Responsibility for dunning, including monitoring and maintaining open item lists
• Preparation of advance VAT returns
• Monthly account reconciliations (intercompany)
• Assistance with the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on finance and accounting, e.g., as a tax clerk (f/m/d) or insurance and finance clerk (f/m/d)
• Relevant professional experience in financial accounting, especially in accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as expertise and experience in national accounting (HGB) and corporate taxation
• User knowledge of a common ERP system (e.g., SAP) and in-depth knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent German and ideally also good English skills
• Independent, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Commitment, flexibility, and reliability
• Sociability, strong communication skills, team player (f/m/d)
