Financial accountant needed to strengthen our finance team based in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Responsibilities

General Ledger & Reporting

• Accounting records and reconciliations – General Ledger, Labour Cost, Banks and Treasury reporting; Tax Accounting; Reporting bieteton Legal Entity – Actual/Forecast; Statutory reporting
• Monthly and year‑end consolidated reporting as well as monthly review of Trial Balance versus Accounting Ledgers and review of uploaded data in the consolidated reporting package
• Monthly comparison of ACT versus Forecast
• Quarterly upload of Balance Sheet account reconciliation
• Fixed Assets management
• Accounting records and reconciliations – Fixed assets
• Investment reporting – actual
• Internal and external audit support

Accounts Receivables

• Completion and posting of sales orders to invoices
• Periodic analysis and dunning procedures
• Accounts reconciliation
• Sales orders tax treatment
• Client queries
• Reporting package
• Local statutory reporting package
• Audit requests精彩: internal or external

Treasury

• Daily matching and posting of electronic bank statements
• Bank reconciliation
• Treasury reporting – budget/forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of accounting experience
• Fluent English and German required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with business owners and senior management globally
• Strong problem‑solving, lateral thinking, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently, combined with proactivity and performance under pressure
