Financial Accounting Manager(m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial matters within the area of responsibility.
• Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) and balance sheets according to IFRS/HGB.
• Handle all tax returns, including VAT.
• Create other declarations like Intrastat.
• Collaborate with banks, tax consultants, auditors, and other external contacts.
• Manage cash and receivables.
• Oversee fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with standards, laws, and internal controls.
• HR matters
• Lead a small team.

Job Requirements

• Completed commercial training or B.Sc. in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Certified accountant qualification.
• Several years of accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HGB/IFRS.
• Proficient with accounting software (preferably AX Dynamics/D365) and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
• Proactive in addressing problems and improving operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and comfortable in an international, cross-functional, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and German.
