in Berlin or Leipzig. With immediate effect we offer a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) as Financial Controller /Analyst (m/f/d) to work on M&A and Corporate Finance projects. The position is remunerated according to performance. We offer you interesting and responsible tasks:

Cooperation in M&A transactions and corporate finance projects

Cash flow modeling, familiarization with client presentations, and evaluation of business plans and financial statements

Preparation of business/financial plans, company valuations, but also financial/company and market analyses

YOUR TOOLBOX

Very good degree in business studies

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, as well as excellent handling of MS-Office, especially Excel

Knowledge of financial modeling, financial analysis, accounting, and business planning.

Your strengths include commitment, analytical skills and fun with agile teamwork
