Your Role

• In this role, you are substantially in charge of flaconi's financial reporting processes. Hence, you review, summarize and comment on flaconi's monthly financial performance and present it to the Management/Investors Board.
• Creation and optimization of internal and external financial reports, including the Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for stakeholders such as the CFO and the parent company.
• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the management and enhancement of financial tools used for month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and budget planning.
• Partaking in  optimizing existing processes and ensure the targeted use of existing financial reporting and planning tools, as well as other controlling/FP&A tools.
• Additionally, you continuously improve our reporting & planning processes by designing blueprints and driving their implementation.
• Handling ad-hoc requests to ensure the quick availability of necessary reporting.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in controlling/FP&A, ideally in a highly dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting and planning tools (e.g. Jedox, Hyperion, TM1, Tagetik etc.).
• Analytical mindset and an ability to communicate complex issues clearly and intelligibly.
• Independent, motivated, and supportive team player - you will work very closely with your team members in Financial Controlling.
• Preferably experience in data warehouse/SQL/BI, ERP systems.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of HGB and IFRS is a plus.
