Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Controlling Team Lead to oversee their regional finance team. This role combines leadership and hands-on financial responsibilities within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the controlling team, acting as the primary contact for regional finance leadership.


• Support monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, and business planning.


• Enhance reporting processes and deliver data-driven financial insights.


• Monitor cost and revenue trends and propose improvement measures.


• Contribute to investment evaluations and regional finance projects, including cross-border initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field, with solid knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital financing, and regulations.


• Proven experience in hospital controlling and accounting.


• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.


• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.


• Fluent in German and English.
