Meet5 is the largest social community for people over 40. We combine smart automation with in-depth financial analysis to drive our growth in Germany and internationally. As our Financial Manager , you’ll take ownership of financial analysis, planning, and reporting, optimize our finance workflows, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

You’ll collaborate closely with our CFO Roman and our leadership team on expansion strategy, investor readiness, financial models, and performance tracking. Based in Frankfurt, you’ll help shape the company’s next growth chapter and make a real impact from day one.

Tasks

1. Operational financial planning, management reporting, plan-vs-actual analysis, controlling, and reconciliation.
2. Financial analysis, monitoring key performance metrics, customer behavior analytics, and feasibility evaluation of new projects.
3. Stakeholder communication including investor reporting, liaising with tax advisors, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
4. Collaborate with the executive team and CFO on expansion strategies, benchmarking, and market research.
5. Implement and improve financial systems and tools to streamline operations and reporting.
6. Support fundraising: prepare financial and operational materials, financial models, business metric presentations, and due diligence documentation.

Requirements

1. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
2. Experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Analyst.
3. Strong skills in financial modeling, accounting & taxation, and controlling.
4. Analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach.
5. Fluent English; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
6. Bonus: knowledge of SQL/Python, startup experience, fluency in German.
