Role :Financial Professional (Remote) What You Will Be DoingDesigning challenging finance/accounting problems that AI models struggle to solve.Creating grading rubrics that define what a high-quality response should include.Writing correct solutions that demonstrate 100% accuracy against the rubric.Evaluating AI-generated answers for reasoning, accuracy, and clarity.Providing structured, constructive feedback to improve AI performance. What We’re Looking ForEducation: Master’s degree or PhD (or currently enrolled)Expertise: Strong background in accounting and finance with the ability to craft advanced, graduate-level problems.Skills:Analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience developing rigorous, structured questions and model answers.High attention to detail for evaluating AI outputs and peer submissions.Language: Fluency or high proficiency in English (written and verbal).
