Finnish Customer Service Specialist Banking - all genders

We are looking for Customer Service Specialists (m/f/d) who display outstanding qualities. You'll provide professional and amazing customer service in a banking environment.

So what will you be doing...?

1. Providing fantastic service and support to Finnish customers over the phone and in writing.
2. Advising Finnish customers on all types of queries such as: balance enquiries, making payments, internet banking, card management, using their mobile app.
3. Updating systems, making sure you attend to every detail and record all conversations with 100% accuracy.
4. Following the correct processes to make sure customers are safe.
