Fiori Development Lead (Freelance)

This is an opportunity for a Fiori Development Lead to work with a prestigious global pharmaceutical company and provide technical design authority and governance oversight within a large-scale, multi-year S/4HANA programme.

This role will require technical know how but will focus on quality assurance, design reviews, and development standards compliance across a multinational development team.

Start date : ASAP (approx. 2-week onboarding process)
End date : Initially 3-6 months, with likelihood of extensions
Location : Remote (must work European hours)
Utilisation : Full time (3/4 days per week could be considered)
Industry : Pharmaceutical

What you can expect

• YOU act as Fiori Development Design Authority , overseeing UI development quality within an S/4HANA programme.

• YOU conduct detailed code reviews and design reviews , ensuring compliance with SAP and internal coding standards.

• YOU participate formally in governance and design authority boards.

• YOU identify recurring development issues and proactively address root causes.

• YOU challenge existing processes and definitions of best practice where required.

• YOU ensure the system integrator’s development team delivers to agreed technical and architectural standards.

• YOU operate effectively within a highly international environment

• YOU have proven experience conducting code and design authority reviews in complex SAP programmes.

• YOU are confident challenging senior technical stakeholders and external delivery partners.

• YOU understand SAP coding standards and UI best practices in regulated environments.

• YOU communicate clearly and authoritatively in global, cross-cultural settings.

• YOU ideally have experience within pharmaceutical or other regulated industries .
