Responsibilities

  • Receiving and prioritized forwarding of support requests via telephone, e-mail, chat and ticket system
  • Initial fault diagnosis, solving simple problems or forwarding to second-level support
  • User support for standard applications and IT infrastructure (PCs, operating systems, Office applications and peripherals)
  • Documentation of faults, solutions and status
  • Support with the setup, configuration and provision of end user systems
  • Implementation of reset, password and authorization management in accordance with security guidelines
  • Escalation of complex incidents to the specialist departments and follow-up of the solution
  • Monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs) and reporting of key performance indicators
  • Creation of statistics and presentations

Qualifications

  • You have completed technical or commercial training or have a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in IT support or helpdesk
  • You have basic knowledge of Windows / macOS operating systems, MS 365, Active Directory and network concepts
  • You work in a structured and independent manner, have strong analytical skills and can work on several tasks in parallel
  • You have a keen interest in technological innovations
  • You have a good command of German and English
