We are looking for a Fitness Manager to join our Berlin Team!

Responsibilities

Support the smooth daily running of our studios, ensuring spaces, equipment, and tech are ready for members and coaches.
Spend time in studios to observe the workout environment and gather insights on the overall experience.
Maintain open communication with our freelance coach community, sharing updates and collecting relevant feedback.
Address operational or technical issues as they arise, coordinating with internal teams and coaches when needed.
Review customer feedback related to the in‑studio and workout experience and highlight trends or opportunities for improvement.
Share clear, concise information between teams to keep everyone aligned on studio needs and fitness experience standards.
Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our fitness offerings.
Support the expansion of BEAT81’s fitness programs across new locations.

Qualifications

Experience in designing and implementing structured fitness programs, group training.
A background in coaching, personal training, or fitness instruction.
Passion for technology‑driven fitness solutions and innovation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and support coaches.
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work cross‑functionally with tech, product, and operations teams.
Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Nice to have

Certification in sports science, personal training, or related fields.
Experience in fitness‑tech or digital fitness platforms.
Familiarity with gamification and engagement strategies in fitness.
