Your role

Are you constantly on the lookout for market investment opportunities? Are you passionate about managing money on behalf of clients, implementing house-view aligned investment strategies and trade ideas in their portfolios as part of a team of like-minded investment professionals? We are looking for someone like you to help us:

Manage fixed income discretionary portfolios within the defined investment and regulatory guidelines
Monitor macro and credit developments by closely liaising with CIO Research colleagues globally
Construction and management of single bond modules
Management of multiple client portfolios
Coordinate with central dealing team for best execution of bond trades
Support client reviews and pitches for new mandates, acting as the subject matter expert for discretionary Fixed Income solutions within UBS Wealth Management APAC

Your team

You'll be working are part of the Global Investment Management ("Global IM") team in APAC. The Global IM team is the product manager responsible for all mandate solutions within UBS.

You will be part of the Global IM Asia Fixed Income Investment Committee. Our team is mainly responsible for the management and performance of single bond portfolios. Our portfolio managers also participate in account reviews with, as well as pitches to ultra-high net worth clients.

Your expertise

a university degree, with credentials in finance &/or economics (CFA, MBA, or similar)

at least 5-7 years' experience in Fixed Income portfolio management and/or credit research

strong excel and power point skills. Ability to handle macros, VBA will be an advantage

good working knowledge of Bloomberg
